Fellowship and Residency Overview

The University of Massachusetts Medical School Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery offers two opportunities for training in vascular and endovascular surgery.

  • We have a fully accredited two-year integrated fellowship in vascular surgery which is in its 24th year and has graduated 26 fellows, all of whom are certified in vascular surgery. We have consistently matched bright residents at the top of their class and have produced excellent technical and intellectual vascular surgeons. Many have gone on to become leaders in vascular surgery.

  • Most recently, we have begun a fully accredited five-year Integrated Vascular Surgery residency. We are currently accepting integrated resident per year.
